My mother-in-law’s husband is Irish-American and they LOVE St. P’s Day.  It’s not my thing for many reasons, which disappoints my mother-in-law.  I finally conceded and agreed to make SPD cookies.  My mother-in-law got pictures of cookies and my office got much-needed sugar.
