I finally finished my Christmas cookies yesterday. I didn’t intend to bake a lot of cookies this year. We are not traveling for Christmas. My husband and my two year old can only eat so many cookies. Actually, they can eat a lot of cookies. But they shouldn’t.
Just when I thought I was done, I realized I hadn’t baked a batch of gingerbread. So I was back at my mixer making one more batch. This set is a little bit gingerbread, a little bit shortbread, and a little bit Nordic. I love the blue and the little hints of pink. [*makes note for next year. *instantly forgets.]
